An agoraphobe who loves attention. A proud momma and wife who’s trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up. A thirty-something trying to reconcile daydreams and reality. So far, this is just my writing therapy.
At various stages in my life I wanted to be:
- a model
- a writer
- an archaeologist
- a psychologist
- a doula
- a (legitimate) massage therapist
- a pin-up and/or burlesque performer
This is a lot to reconcile. And led to the train-wreck amalgam of ego and compassion that is egopassion.
I have been accused of being lazy (or maybe a 75-year-old woman), but, eventually, my body wants to be in motion. I try to keep it moving every day with yoga, dance and walking, at my own pace. An ideal day for me would include snuggling with cats, watching a BBC miniseries, and having a great conversation over tea. Oh, and if there is sun to be had, I’ll be basking in it.
If for some reason you’d like to contact me, you can at egopassion AT gmail DOT com. (Please refrain from doing so if you are crazy, a stalker or want to express your irrational disdain for my writing.)
