Crescent Moon Ranch, Sedona

I can be an anxious homebody, often reluctant to leave the house. I mean if you got to snuggle with her (or insert your favorite person/pet) would you want to leave either?

But this week Hubby convinced me to get out and be a tourist. We intended to head to Westfork, probably one of the most touristy hiking trails there is, but as popular places go it was already full when we arrived midday. So we traveled farther west to Crescent Moon Ranch, with the very recognizable Cathedral Rock and Oak Creek. Had we planned this jaunt I would have packed my bathing suit to dip into the refreshing (read: cold) water to offset the warmer (than Flagstaff) temperatures. Instead we wandered about and took in the beauty I often take for granted. Hope you enjoy!

Nice entry. I’ve been to Santa Fe mamy times and want to visit Sedona as it is said it is what “Santa Fe used to be.”

    Thanks for sharing.
